Monton cross roller bearing

Monton cross roller bearing

Highly rigid, compact bearings for complex loads

We design and manufacture a wide range of crossed roller bearings that can handle radial, thrust and moment loads simultaneously. The rollers of these compact bearings intersect at right angles between the inner and outer rings.

High precision of rotation, so it is widely used in machine tools, industrial robots and medical equipment.

Roller rail options include cages or splitters as well as a complete design. Both the cage and separator types provide a low coefficient of friction for high speed rotation. Fully loaded bearings can withstand heavy loads at low speeds.

Provides a sealed and open design. Sealed bearings are sealed with synthetic rubber to prevent dust, dirt and grease.

Mounting hole type high-rigidity cross-roller bearings have mounting holes for the inner and outer rings for easy installation.

The inseparable design integrates the inner and outer rings into one structure for high rigidity and high precision.

The shaft diameter ranges from 10 to 90 mm.

High-rigidity cross-roller bearings feature a one-piece, unitary construction for high precision.

The inseparable design integrates the inner and outer rings into one structure for high rigidity.

A spacer is placed between the cylindrical rollers to ensure smooth rotation for high speeds.

Shaft diameters range from 20 to 300 mm.

Standard cross roller bearings have a two-piece outer ring that is bolted together to prevent separation during shipping and installation.

Shaft diameters range from 30 to 250 mm.

Available in cage and full size.

The shaft diameter of CRB and CRBC can reach 800 mm.

The outer diameter of the elongated cross roller bearing is small compared to the inner diameter and the width is narrow.

Shaft diameters range from 50 to 200 mm.

Available in cage, divider and full complement types.

Ultra-thin cross roller bearings have an extremely compact design with a height of only 5.5 mm and a width of 5 mm.

A divider is placed between the cylindrical rollers to provide a smooth rotation.

Lightweight and compact, it meets the needs of machine shrinkage and light weight.

The shaft diameter ranges from 20 to 50 mm.
